DO YOU HAVE LOWER BACK and LEG
PAIN THAT IS MAKING YOU MISERABLE AND TAKING AWAY YOUR LIFE??
Have other treatments failed to alleviate your painful symptoms?
Do you have sciatica
or cyatica from a pinched nerve
and herniated disc?
Now
there's an
ARTHROSCOPIC OPTION that can alleviate
your pain and symptoms through gentle, minimally invasive
non
traumatic arthroscopic laser procedures, offering a
successful
alternative to traditional open back surgeries,
fusions
and artificial disc replacements.
SEE WHAT OTHER PATIENTS
ARE SAYING
For
years, you’ve heard of people getting their knees “scoped”
and they’re back to normal within weeks or even days. Football
players have had arthroscopic work on Monday and played the next
weekend. Now this advanced and minimally invasive surgery has
been perfected for disc problems, and Dr. Elliot Gross is leading
the way. This procedure requires only a local anesthetic and a
tiny incision (1/4 inch), resulting in a far shorter recovery
period as no muscle, ligaments or bone is damaged.
Selective arthroscopic procedures
offer twenty first century, minimally invasive, gentle spine intervention
through laser spine surgery in an outpatient setting.
Better yet the patient is
awake and alert throughout the procedure allowing communication
directly with the surgeon. This is extremely helpful to guide
the surgeon to the source of the pain while providing immediate
feedback when pain is experienced or relieved.
A small tube, equipped with
a tiny camera, is inserted into the problem area, allowing the
minimally-invasive surgery for direct visualization of the exact
site of the pathology via an endoscope. The surgeon then is able
to clean up a herniated or ruptured disc, remove a small amount
of damaged tissue from within the disc itself to relieve pressure,
alleviate the pinched nerve and prevent any future ruptures. Plus
the results are even better than traditional surgery, ridding
patients of nagging back pain and the associated leg pain and
tingling known as sciatica.
The technical term for this arthroscopic procedure is “Selective
Endoscopic Discectomy” (SED)™ or "Selective Arthroscopic
Discectomy." The treatment options depending upon
additional pathology may include Foraminotomy, Percutaneous Discectomy,
Facet Thermal Ablation, Laser Thermodiskoplasty and Fusion Alternatives
and are frequently called minimally invasive spine surgery, arthroscopic
back surgery, arthroscopic spinal surgery, endoscopic spine surgery,
advanced spine surgery, outpatient back surgery, microscopic spinal
surgery, microscopic spine surgery, laser spinal surgery, spinal
stenosis surgery, alternative spinal surgery, microsurgery,
arthroscopic back surgery, and endoscopic back surgery. These
procedures are offered to treat such spinal conditions as back
pain, herniated discs, bulging discs, degenerative
disc disease, arthritis of the spine, bone spurs,
pinched nerves, foraminal
stenosis , facet disease and sciatica.
Why suffer
any longer from debilitating back and leg pain when such a fast,
easy, and effective solution is now available using local anesthesia
in an outpatient setting?
Arthroscopic surgery patients can often return to work within
days and resume normal daily activities much sooner than patients
who have had "open" back surgery.
Utilizing Selective
Endoscopic Discectomy(SED)™ and Arthroscopic disc surgery
we have been Providing Pain Relief for the People of
Los Angeles and Southern California. SED
is for patients who have failed to get lasting improvement with
conservative care such as with anti-inflammatory medication, physiotherapy,
chiropractic and epidural
steroid injections. For those patients who truly need
surgical intervention to correct lower back pain and/or sciatica
due to a herniated disc or ruptured disc, (SED)™ is an extremely
non traumatic minimally invasive lower back surgical procedure.

Picture of a L5 S1 Lumbar
Disc Herniation
Are you experiencing severe
back and leg pain
from a large herniated
lumbar disc like the one above?
This is Mollie's MRI scan. She was suffering from severe
back and leg pain for six months and had to take 6 Vicodin ES,
2 Oxycontin, and 3 Soma daily and still had too much
pain to stand more than 5 minutes. She had weakness and
numbness in her leg. She failed to get
any lasting relief from epidural injections, back braces,
chiropractic and
physical therapy. She had her herniated lumbar
disc removed with Selective Endoscopic Discectomy
under local
anesthesia as an outpatient. The next day she was pain
free and back to work in 3 weeks. Don't let yourself suffer.
